Is it Biblical to curse the enemy preachers of your religion?

All those who know Bro. Eli is always being noticed while preaching on TV and on an area where he is holding his Bible Exposition curses his opponent preachers' while attacking their teachings?

Do you think this is Biblical or Bro. Eli is just an ill mannered preacher who is teaching the Gospel of Christ?

Kindly define "curse".

There is a mention in the Bible that whoever preach another Gospel other than what is preached by the apostles (which is the Gospel of Christ), they must be accursed. Let's read Galatians 1:8-9, "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."
